Very close to Italy, this natural paradise is perfect for a sailing holiday, with our safe rental formula VeleCharter Nautical Franchising.
A dip in the most beautiful Adriatic and a landing on beaches like those on the island of Vis, and then, heading north, a visit to the enchanting Kornati Islands National Park.
These islands are compared to the Polynesia of the Adriatic, made up of bare cliffs and dry stone walls, most are almost uninhabited, but while sailing you will come across small restaurants and "secret" kiosks where you can enjoy excellent grilled fish.
The last stop further south, known as the pearl of Dalmatia, is the island of Hvar, rich in small coves and bays accessible only from the sea, and the trendiest Palmizana, where you can go ashore in the evening for a romantic dinner or a party until late at night and engrave unforgettable moments of your catamaran holiday in your memory.

Sibenik and Skradin
This one-week itinerary focuses on two of the most renowned locations on the Dalmatian coast: Sibenik, with the estuary of the KRKA river and the impressive Skradin waterfalls, and the unspoiled archipelago of the Kornati Islands. The journey begins at the Frapa marina, and after a night at anchor in a charming and well-sheltered bay just a few miles from the marina, the next day, after a navigation of just over 12 miles, you reach the entrance to the channel leading to the city of Sibenik. Watched over by a Venetian fortress from the 1500s, this fjord, which represents the estuary of the Krka river, offers breathtaking views.
Krka River
From Sibenik, you ascend the Krka river for about 8 miles, in a majestic setting, up to the picturesque town of Skradin.
Krka National Park
Near Skradin lies the Krka National Park, famous for its spectacular waterfalls. In about 2 miles you reach Sibenik again, located within a magnificent natural harbor. From here, you begin the navigation up the Krka river to Skradin.
ACI Marina
From Skradin, with the option to choose between the charming ACI marina and a romantic night at anchor in a bend of the river, in 2 days, with a night at anchor on an island of the Sibenik archipelago, you reach the Kornati Islands.
Kornati Islands
In the middle of the channel between Kornat Island and the islets to the west, there is a charming village, Vrulje, inhabited only during the summer. This archipelago of over 150 islands represents one of the most famous stretches of sea in the Mediterranean.
Kornat Island
At the northern end of Kornat Island there is a dream bay, enclosed between two islands and completely sheltered: Mala Proversa. Here you will find one of the best restaurants in the area, Aquarius, famous for its grilled sea bass.
Split – Solta – Hvar – Vis
From the port of Split, heading south along the Dalmatian coast, you reach the southern islands of Solta, a gem off the Dalmatian coast and an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing excursion. Hvar, with its beautiful colorful beaches and sunny climate, and Vis, with its unspoiled natural beauty and the evocative blue cave, complete this fascinating itinerary.
